Scholarship
Trinity College Dublin offers a range of scholarships to support international students financially. These scholarships are designed to acknowledge academic excellence and assist students of limited means. Below are some of the key scholarships available:
1. Global Excellence Undergraduate Scholarships

Award: Scholarships valued between €2,000 to €5,000, applied as a one-time reduction to the tuition fees of a full-time undergraduate taught programme.

Eligibility: Applicants must have non-EU status and will pay tuition fees at the non-EU rate. Business programme applicants are not eligible for this scholarship but can contact business.masters@tcd.ie to enquire regarding any potential bursaries or scholarships.

Application Deadline: 15th June of the intended year of entry. Applications received after this deadline will be assessed on a rolling basis depending on budget availability.

2. Global Excellence Postgraduate Scholarships

3. Government of Ireland International Education Scholarships Programme
-
Award: A full tuition fee waiver (i.e., tuition fee and registration charge) for one year of a taught Master's degree programme or one year of a research programme (i.e., one year of a two-year research Master's or a three- to four-year Ph.D.); and a scholarship fund in the form of a monthly stipend directed at supporting student costs and living expenses.

Eligibility: Applicants must have a domiciliary of origin outside the EU/EEA/Switzerland/United Kingdom; and have a conditional or final offer for admission to Trinity as a full-time, international, fee-paying student.

4. Trinity International Foundation Programme Scholarship

Award: Scholarships valued at up to €5,000 each, applied as a reduction of the tuition fees of the International Foundation Programme.

Eligibility: Applicants from around the globe, who have non-EU status and will pay non-EU tuition fees.

Application Deadline: 31st May 2026.

Application Process: Applicants must hold either a Conditional or Full offer to join the International Foundation Programme. Scholarship applications should be submitted via the online portal.

5. Haddad Fellowship 2025-2026

Award: The Haddad Foundation awards four scholarships for Brazilian students wishing to pursue their postgraduate degree at Trinity College Dublin and willing to impact positively the cultural development in Brazil.
