Get to know other students from 30 countries around the world and learn in small classes. You'll be taught by passionate tutors up to speed with the latest trends and get to visit farms, vineyards and breweries as part of most courses. These experiences with hand-on career coaching will help you build the confidence to get work in the cooking and hospitality industry, as well as work experience opportunities to get you started. If you dream of running your own business, we teach entrepreneurial and management skills on certain courses too.
