PG Certificate in Principles of Integrated Care
In response to national and international contemporary health and social care policy, we are offering the Certificate in Principles of Integrated Care. This is a 15 credit, level 9 Special Purpose Award involving a single module delivered online over one 12-week semester. The programme is a collaborative development between Munster Technological University (MTU) and the International Foundation of Integrated Care (IFIC). In addition to Irish applicants, we welcome international applicants involved in health and social care service delivery in their own jurisdictions.
The aim of the programme is to critically explore the key pillars of integrated care in order to engage with the concept from an individual, community, organisational and international perspective. The programme is designed to be inclusive of a cross sectoral mix of professionals working in public and NGO services that interact with people who have longitudinal and complex care needs. The programme is delivered fully online to facilitate interested learners to engage in this unique and specialist programme.
