Human Resource Management - MSc

Accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD), the MSc in HRM has a strategic, International and sustainability  reflecting the critical concerns of the HR function within contemporary  organisations. HR professionals today face multiple challenges in their roles, working in an increasingly complex environment.

 

These challenges include managing transformational change, globalisation, sustainability, digitalisation, diversity and inclusion, balancing operational and strategic issues and managing competing demands from multiple stakeholders. The MSc in HRM is designed to equip individuals with the knowledge and skills to meet these challenges.
