Bachelor of Podiatric Medicine

The Podiatric Medicine program offers real-life experience under experienced podiatrists' guidance. You'll work in advanced clinics, using modern technologies for diagnosis and treatment. Specialist clinic area will cover, sports injuries, biomechanics, paediatrics, surgery and more. You will be part of the 4-year Podiatric Medicine program. You will have the opportunity to apply for the new program component focusing on administering medicine to patients.

 

Podiatrists care for lower limbs, addressing hips, knees, foot and ankle pain that affects all ages and lifestyles. This pain can lead to discomfort in the back and joints by altering how you stand, walk, and run. Podiatrists are crucial for sports injuries, paediatric concerns, diabetes, and more. Due to shortages, the field's demand is strong, as noted on the government's Skills Priority List.
