Our Master of Food and Nutrition Science is designed to develop specialist skills and empower future food visionaries. You will:
- understand the importance of a secure, sustainable and healthy food supply
- formulate and package foods with specific functional and nutritional properties
- expand your knowledge of nutrigenomics and metabolic nutrition
- apply sensory and flavour science to new product development
- discover innovative and emerging processing and preservation techniques
- critically evaluate legislative and regulatory policy
- build peer relationships in your own learning space, within the University’s dedicated Food Innovation Laboratory
- complete an independent capstone research project.
