Building on the introduction, this course is ideal for experienced disability support workers seeking a deeper understanding of Customised Employment and Discovery, and the advanced skills to both implement and lead staff to utilise this evidence-based approach with fidelity.

Taught by experts from the University of Melbourne and the Centre for Disability Employment Research and Practice, this program is the only offering of its kind in Australia.
