Graduate Certificate in Building and Construction Information Management
The Graduate Certificate in Building and Construction Information Management (GC-BCIM) is a 1-year part-time course that will develop your skills and knowledge of modern technologies and practices in building construction information management.
Developed in response to ongoing industry changes, this course is designed alongside UC’s existing strengths in building construction management education and in consultation with the building industry. Explore current and emerging methods for construction project management, procurement, contract administration and introduces students to Building Information Modelling (BIM) technologies.
