Graduate Outcome

On successful completion of this programme, you will be able to:

• Manage self, time and tasks in the workplace and comply with relevant Acts and legislation

• Analyse and evaluate operating environments of local, national and international tourism and make decisions

• Develop, analyse and critique the business systems and processes for quality visitor experience and overall business effectiveness

Programme Outline

The programme runs overs 36 weeks in 2 semesters of 18 weeks each. You must successfully complete all 8 modules to graduate.
