Every Registered and Enrolled Nurse in New Zealand is required to renew their Practicing Certificate, and this may require collecting and maintaining portfolio of evidence that the requirements of the New Zealand Nursing Council have been met.

 

This course assists the nurse to understand what is required and provides a logical method of preparing the information.

 

It also provides examples of good practice. The portfolio is especially valuable when supplying information for an Audit however it is also an invaluable tool, promoting reflection and improvement of practice.
