Emotional Intelligence For Leaders

Emotional intelligence (EI) is the ability to recognize, manage, and understand your own emotions and the emotions of others. For leaders, blending IQ and EI skills is critical for effective leadership. This workshop series will help them apply theories, concepts, and principles of EI to the leadership issues they face every day.

Using the five domains of EI—self-awareness, self-control/management, empathy, motivation, social skill/relationship building—participants will enhance the health and productivity of their teams and environments. Each of the five weekly sessions will deploy class discussions, role-plays, case studies, and topic specific articles/ videos to support leadership development.
