Summer Quarter 2022:

• Registration Deadline:April 1, 2022*
• Payment Dates:Payments of $300 USD will be due on April 1, May 1, and June 1, 2022
• Classes Begin:June 14, 2022
• Classes End:July 14, 2022

* April 1, 2022 is the preferred registration date. Registration will be accepted after this date, provided there is still space available. Incoming students are expected to make the tuition payments due as of the date they turn in registration.

Meeting Pattern

Online: Sync Section

Days & Times: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 10:00am-1:00pm (U.S. Central/Chicago Time).

These classes take place at a specific time on a specific day, with the instructor and all the students meeting online using a synchronous meeting tool like Zoom. Before selecting this option, please carefully consider your ability to actively participate in video and audio with a reliable internet connection.

Cancellation/Refunds:

Requests to withdraw from the program and receive a full tuition refund must be received no later than June 17, 2022. All requests must be submitted in writing to ipd@cdm.depaul.edu. No-Shows to the program will not be refunded.

In the event sufficient enrollment is not reached three days before the program is scheduled to begin, the program will be cancelled and participants will be issued a full refund.
 

Registration

Admission Requirements

The program is open to college students with a firm grasp of the Spanish language, interested in the world of television. Although the program is taught in Spanish, international students should know basic English to navigate the course site and appreciate talks by guest speakers.

Course Credit

The Web Series Development Program is catalogued as a non-credit course of DePaul University. A certificate of completion from DePaul University is awarded to those who successfully complete the program's requirements. Program requirements include reading, homework assignments, and class participation. No midterm or final exams are conducted.

The Web Series Development Program is a graded course. A final grade letter as well as DePaul transcript (upon request) will be available upon program conclusion.

Registration Process:

Space is limited and early registration is encouraged. To register, complete the Registration Form and e-mail to ipd@cdm.depaul.edu by April 1, 2022. A $300 USD deposit will be due by April 1, 2022. A second payment of $300 USD is due by May 1, 2022, and a final payment of $300 USD is due by June 1, 2022. Payment is made online via the Flywire service - Instructions will be provided.
