Online Master of Science in Accountancy

The online Master of Science in Accountancy program is designed to be comprehensive and to align with industry standards—both those required by the AACSB as well as the CPA examination. While many students who apply have accounting backgrounds, those without accountancy experience will gain the core knowledge they need to enter the field. Read below for more details on how to apply.

DePaul looks at each applicant’s background holistically, considering factors ranging from their professional experience to their academic history to their professional interests and passions. Therefore, applicants who do not meet all the requirements may still be admitted on a case-by-case basis.

Additionally, please note that applicants do not need to have previous accounting coursework to enter DePaul’s MSA program.
