Management

Study management in a global business hub

Our Management degree program will provide you with an overview of business operations, including techniques to strategically align the human, technology and financial assets of a firm. As a business management major, you’ll become prepared for a career in a variety of service-delivery, manufacturing, consulting, non-profit and digital business environments.

Choose from one of six concentrations — general management, entrepreneurship, human resources, leadership and change management, operations management, or sports management. The courses you take will be tailored to the concentration you choose.

Business management majors here will benefit from programs and networking events at DePaul’s Coleman Entrepreneurship Center and Center for Innovation, as well as DePaul’s presence in Chicago’s 1871 business incubator.

DePaul’s Driehaus College of Business is located in downtown Chicago, in the heart of the city’s business district, providing you with countless opportunities for business management majors to intern and work professionally with leading business organizations.

As a Management major, you may be selected to participate in the Management Honors sequence. This integrated course sequence uses live field projects and unstructured problems to hone applied data analysis, critical thinking and tactical decision-making skills.
