This three-year, part-time program is ideal for the working professional who has earned a previous master's degree. Ideal candidates will enter the program with significant business acumen gained through a minimum of eight years of experience, including:
- Senior business leaders seeking to be agents of change from the C-suite. This program will empower you to transform your organization and address complex business issues through sophisticated applied research and real-world techniques.
- Teaching professionals with business school experience. A DBA degree from DePaul prepares you with the teaching and research skills needed to transition to academia full time.

??DePaul's DBA program begins with a strong emphasis on research methodology and disciplinary coursework that features the most current developments from both academia and professional practice.
Coursework simultaneously builds candidates' interdisciplinary business knowledge and applied research skills. Candidates take seven research methodology and seven business discipline specific courses. Access course descriptions by rolling over the course titles below.
Each course is delivered in three-hour modules resulting in five different courses during a given residency, and courses are staggered throughout the year to offer deep engagement in each topic.
