BSc (Hons) Esports Event Management allows you to explore the world of competitive gaming and learn what makes a successful esports game. You'll delve into the production and management of esports events and develop your understanding of the technologies associated with organising these events.

 

This degree will allow you to gain the contextual knowledge, experience and skills to flourish within this industry. It combines theory with practical application and draws heavily from practising esports leaders to cover aspects such as technology, digital innovation, marketing, events, operations and analytics. 

 

The BSc (Hons) Esports Event Management course will use a number of different teaching methods including recorded lectures, workshop and seminar sessions, field visits, online learning using CANVAS, 1:1 tutorials, and supervision.

 

Assessments will usually be written assignments either in essay, report, project, or dissertation format. Other assessment methods include presentations, blogs/vlogs, and examinations.
