Health Management and Policy Option

  • Identify the main components and issues of the organization, financing, and delivery of health services in the U.S.
  • Apply the appropriate principles and metrics to address performance issues within and between healthcare organizations.
  • Establish, build, and sustain professional contacts for the purpose of building networks of people with similar goals and that support similar interests.

Only grades of C- or better in Public Health major coursework (including prerequisites) will be applied to Public Health major requirements (no S/U grades). Only two attempts at courses will be permitted and applied to the degree.
