COMMUNITY REHABILITATION: LONG-TERM CONDITIONS
Students will explore population health approaches, social determinants of health and health inequalities to understand the needs of the local population. Students will become confident in developing innovative, transformative solutions / interventions that are community based and population driven. Students will critically reflect on how theories of education and leadership impact on leading and managing their teams and services.
The module is delivered by Dr Ruth Ten Hove, Visiting Lecturer at the University of Winchester, Assistant Director, Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and credential chair for Community Rehabilitation: Long term Condition (Health Education England).
