LEADING IN DEMENTIA CARE: RESIDENTIAL SETTINGS
The emphasis will be on advancing knowledge of dementia to support the delivery of evidence-based practice. Team leaders in care homes are faced with many challenges and the aim of the course is to provide a theoretical platform to complement their management experience in the delivery of service improvement for dementia care.
