Applied Clinical Ethics Certificate
Program DescriptionThe Applied Clinical Ethics Certificate is a three-course, 9-semester-hour professional program designed to train students in the moral dimensions of health care. The program provides tools for effective ethical reasoning and analysis of real-life clinical problems. Admission RequirementsAn undergraduate, graduate, or professional degree in the health sciences, law, social work, or chaplaincy is required. The applicant must also be approved by the Department of Population and Public Health. If the applicant’s native language is not English, a minimum score of 213 (CBT) or 79/120 (IBT) on the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) is required. Alternatively, the applicant must have a band score of 6 through the International English Language Testing System (IELTS).
