You can enrol on the New Zealand Diploma in Writing for Creative Industries as a one year, full-time diploma, or as a part-time student. This course is delivered online.

Some of the online writing courses are designed to build on one another, for example Short Fiction I. Two eight-week block courses are taught at the same time, so you can choose to do one, or try two at the same time to complete the full programme in one year. Each course is worth 15 credits and the programme should be completed within three years.
