Take the first step on your creative journey. Get a taste for the fundamentals of design, Adobe CC applications, photography and video production, digital fabrication (laser cutting, 3D printing) and 3D model making for film. Start developing your creative portfolio.

 

Students will study the following courses:

• CT4134 Physical Media
• CT4135 Digital Studio
• CT4138 Image Making 
• CT4139 Design Studio Project

Each course is worth approximately 15 credits.

 

Entry requirements

Under 20 years

NCEA level 2 or equivalent qualification/work experience and evidence of suitability based on a portfolio of work.

20+ years

If you’re 20 years or over, you may qualify for special admission on this programme. Contact us if you don’t meet the Under 20 entry criteria.
