The current 2027 BBus structure introduces/uses the updated 135-credit business core, comprising eight compulsory core courses plus one choice from a short list. Property remains one of the 11 available majors.

Important planning requirements include:

• A major is compulsory.
• Property requires 120 credits.
• At least 60 credits of the major must be at 300 level.
• The complete degree must contain at least 75 credits at 300 level.
• No more than 180 total credits may be at 100 level.
• Property students should complete prerequisite courses early.
• Some advanced Property courses may only be offered once per year.
• An internship, if chosen, is normally additional to the major requirements.
