• The BBus structure has been updated for 2027. The current structure includes 135 credits of core business courses, 120 credits for the selected major and 105 credits of electives.
• From 2027, the BBus core includes eight compulsory courses plus one choice from a specified list.
• International Business remains an available 2027 major.
• Some advanced courses may only be offered once per year, so students should plan prerequisites and course sequencing carefully.
• Students intending to complete a minor or internship should plan their course sequence early.
• The Business Internship is subject to its course requirements and is normally additional to the major requirements.
• Massey recommends that international applicants apply at least three months before their anticipated start date to allow time for admission processing and, where applicable, visa and travel arrangements.

International Student Visa Requirements

If an international student chooses the Auckland on-campus option, the relevant New Zealand immigration route is generally the Fee Paying Student Visa.

Immigration New Zealand currently requires students to:
