The aim of this programme is to provide work-based learning to people who are working in a New Zealand healthcare organisation with the additional skills, knowledge and attributes required to provide advanced person-centred support to people with complex needs, and to their family/wh?nau, and to take a leadership role in the healthcare workplace, particularly in the aged care field.

Developed based on the latest research, you will learn about specialised practices while developing the skills, in-depth knowledge, and key attributes required to provide advanced person-centred support to those with complex needs, and to their family/whanau. Once learning is complete, you will be ready to rise in leadership roles within aged care facilities.
What students study
