One important current feature is the pathway into NZSE's Master of Business Intelligence.

NZSE states that students completing the Postgraduate Certificate can progress into Semester 2 of its Master of Business Intelligence, completing the remaining two semesters of the master's programme, subject to the applicable progression conditions.

There is also a notable difference between NZSE's January 2026 and April 2026 international prospectus materials regarding the stated pathway. The January prospectus referred to the Master of Data Analytics, whereas the April 2026 prospectus refers to the Master of Business Intelligence. The current programme webpage also identifies the Master of Business Intelligence as the further-study option. The current webpage and April 2026 prospectus should therefore be treated as the latest information.
