Learn how to make the best use of seasonal vegetables in recipes that come from a range of regions in Italy.
Prerequisites
You must have completed our HOSF 9283 Vegetarian Culinary Arts 1 course or our HOSF 9496 Vegetarian Culinary Arts 1 (Online) course or our HOSF 9088 Culinary Arts 1 course or our HOSF 9473 Culinary Arts 1 (Online) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
