Pasta 2

Our Pasta 2 course helps you build your repertoire of classic and contemporary fresh pasta dishes even further as you practice your culinary skills. Learn to create dishes that combine a variety of flavour profiles, ingredients, and pasta dough from diverse regions. Practice making a range of unique, contemporary pasta, and pasta dishes, including gnocchi alla Romana, testaroli, trofie, ramen noodles, tarhonya noodles, timpano, and more.

 

Prerequisites

You must have completed our HOSF 9373 Pasta 1 course or our HOSF 9486 Pasta 1 (Online) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
