Creative Plate Presentations
Our Creative Plate Presentations course helps you expand your experience with plating and presentation techniques by exploring the use of colour, shape and texture in the kitchen. Guided demonstrations walk you through making mozzarella balloons, agar agar noodles, foams and spheres, emulsions, fluid gels, olive oil powder, quick pickled salmon and more. Finish with practical exercises where you can apply all of the techniques practiced throughout the course.
Prerequisites
You must have completed our HOSF 9088 Culinary Arts 1 course or our HOSF 9473 Culinary Arts 1 (Online) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
