Tea Business

Our Tea Business course examines the entire tea supply chain from grower to consumer, including the numerous intermediate players involved in the import and distribution of tea. Investigate the regulatory instruments – both voluntary (organic designations, ethical partnerships, etc.) and mandatory (Canadian federal government regulations) – that can apply to the tea market. Consider quality control issues, including chemical contamination and such post-manufacturing processes as storage and warehousing. Also look at packaging options, their pros and cons, and how their design will appeal to certain markets as well as the place these products have in the tea market.
