Our Chocolate Desserts course recognizes that chocolate is an integral part of the dessert menu in any restaurant. You must have completed our HOSF 9255 Introduction to Chocolate course or our HOSF 9480 Introduction to Chocolate (Online) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
