Our Cookies 2 course teaches you to bake elegant, delicious cookies as you expand your repertoire of cookie-making skills. Learn to make twice-baked cookies (such as biscotti), filled cookies (such as fig newtons), complex layer bars (such as bee stings), sponge cookies (such as whoopie pies), and international festive cookies. Practice your decorating skills as you learn different ways to embellish your creations, including the techniques for cut-out sugar cookies.

 

Prerequisites

You must have completed our HOSF 9281 Cookies 1 course or our HOSF 9471 Cookies 1 (Online) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)

Course Essentials:

You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe), and tools to the first class.
