Medical Office Procedures
OntarioLearn description: Medical office procedures will cover administrative and clerical functions including information on professional and career responsibilities, interpersonal and written communications, safety standards, infection control, records management, order entry, financial administration, and managing the medical office. The Canada Health Act and the principles of OHIP medical billing will be introduced.
