Our Ontario ODP Card Rewrite Exam gives you the opportunity to rewrite the ODP challenge exam if you have not passed it.

 

Prerequisites

You must have taken our HVAC 9059 Ozone Depletion Prevention Training course within the 60 days prior to the exam. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)

Exam Policies:

If you need to withdraw or transfer to another section, you must do so a minimum of 15 business days prior to the original exam date or you will forfeit the exam fee. At the exam, you must present a valid government-issued photo identification and a receipt of payment. There are no refunds for unwritten exams.
