Our Construction Estimating 4 course uses a case study format to teach you how to apply unit prices to quantities in order to estimate for construction work. Learn how to price work (both your own force's and a subcontractor's), manage general expenses, and close the bid.
Prerequisites
You must have completed our BLDG 9097 Construction Estimating 3 course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
