Human Relations for Property Managers

Our Human Relations for Property Managers course was developed because property managers are responsible for many issues unrelated to properties. One of their major responsibilities is human relations: they are expected to both interact with senior management and manage people (not only their immediate staff but also contractors, other professionals, their residents, and more).
