This one-year programme, at third-year level, provides EU and other international students with a range of business related knowledge and skills that is typically required for a successful career in international business management. The curriculum also helps the student to develop an understanding of Irish history, culture and traditions, as well as providing an insight into the political and administrative structures of the country. Students develop both generic and specialised knowledge related to how industrial and commercial organisations function and those environmental factors which impact upon the success of an enterprise.

 

A critical understanding of the key factors involved in effective business management, and the development of attitudes and expertise required in today’s challenging business environment are amongst the benefits to be gained from undertaking the programme.
