Advanced Practices in Paediatric Hearing Assessment and Habilitation

The module will consist of lectures, case presentations and discussion as well as panel discussions. Modules will be delivered by national and international expert facilitators from a wide range of disciplinary and clinical backgrounds

This module will discuss the principles of advanced assessment of hearing and rehabilitation in children from birth. The module will focus on the behavioural assessment and rehabilitation of hearing loss in infants and younger children within the context of child-centred and family friendly services, as well as the epdemiology and differential diagnosis of hearing loss in this population.

Presented by Dr Josephine Marriage, the Director of CHEAR London and member of the Volountary Board of Auditory Verbal UK, it's a unique opportunity for Paediatric Audiologists with experience in audiological assessment and fitting of hearing aids in infants and younger children.
