For all modules and courses the applications portal will close 4 weeks before the start date. All applications must be submitted and funding confirmed before the portal closes. Any applications that have not been processed and or do not have funding confirmed from the sponsor organisation before the portal closure will not be accepted by the IHSC administrator staff

 

Please note, this pathway is completed on a modular basis and you cannot apply for this as a full course via the CPPD portal. If you apply via the CPPD route, you need to apply for individual modules. Please see the last section at the bottom of this page for further information on how to apply.

This course and the modules listed within it form the franchised agreement between London South Bank University and the National Breast Screening Training Centre, King’s College NHS Foundation Trust

 

The course focuses on competency development and attainment within the breast imaging and breast care fields, adhering to the national standards of the NHS Breast Screening Programme, the Royal College of Radiologists, the Society and College of Radiographers and the Consortium for the Accreditation of Sonographic Education.
