The Master of Water Resource Management is closed to new enrolments. UC's current programme page explicitly states that it is not open to enrolments.

UC is directing prospective students to:

• Master of Water Science and Management
• Master of Science majoring in Water Science and Management

International Student Visa Requirements

Because the MWaterRM is closed to new enrolments, a new international applicant cannot currently obtain an Offer of Place for this programme and therefore cannot use it as the basis for a new student visa application.

For a current eligible UC programme, Immigration New Zealand's Fee Paying Student Visa currently:

• Costs from NZD 850
• Can be issued for up to 4 years
• Has an advertised processing time of 80% within 8 weeks
• Requires an offer of place from an approved education provider
• Requires sufficient tuition funding or a scholarship
• Requires sufficient living funds or an acceptable sponsor
• Requires acceptable health and travel insurance
• Requires the applicant to satisfy the applicable immigration requirements.
