1. Mana Reo 5 – REO501

2. Mana Whenua 5 – REO502

This area focuses on the relationship between language, place and cultural identity.

Students develop greater understanding of Maori concepts and contexts associated with whenua and local environments.

3. Mana Atua 5 – REO503

This course explores Maori perspectives and concepts associated with atua, spirituality and cultural knowledge.

It contributes to a broader understanding of te ao Maori alongside language development.

4. Mana Tangata 5 – REO504

This area focuses on people, relationships and interaction.

It supports learners in using te reo appropriately within social, community and cultural contexts.
