New Zealand Certificate in Study and Employment Pathways (Level 4)
This course will provide you with refresher training in fast rescue boats that meet STCW refresher requirements, as detailed in Section A-VI/2-2 of the STCW Code.

On successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Demonstrate how to handle and take charge of a fast rescue boat, including righting a capsized fast rescue boat.
- Demonstrate recovery of a casualty from the water and transfer to a ship or a place of safety.
- Demonstrate casualty handling techniques.
- Use the emergency equipment carried in a fast rescue boat.Ā
