• Part 1 – Foundations of Resilience: Covers change, systems thinking, ethics, culture and organisational resilience. Students apply frameworks to real organisational contexts and develop their understanding of responsible and culturally intelligent change.

• Part 2 – Scope Your Organisational Challenge: Students define and investigate a workplace challenge, including stakeholders, risks, opportunities, automation/AI impacts and measures of success. A clear project plan is developed.
