You’ll conduct a major project on an area of interest in your organisation. Your project will require you to demonstrate complex knowledge, collect data and develop recommendations for improving self and organisation.

 

As part of this course, you’ll:

• Develop expert knowledge, including entrepreneurial approaches, and learn how to deploy it to solve management issues for an organisation
• Understand how to use research and evaluation to identify underperforming areas before providing solutions 
• Work with internal teams, suppliers and clients as you synthesise data on organisational performance and drive improvements
• Collaborate with individuals and groups to develop and implement project aims and objectives
• Critically examine the impact of the wider business environment on organisations and propose ways to improve performance based on data and primary research
• Conduct a major project on an area of interest
