As part of this course, you’ll:

• Explore the SEND Code of Practice
• Understand the role of the Special Education Needs Co-ordinator (SENCO) in a global context
• Have the chance to relate your studies to a range of related non-teaching roles such as those in the voluntary sector
• Complete self-evaluation and reflection exercises to address priorities for your development and maximise your impact
• Prepare and submit a final portfolio
