Agricultural Science Specialisation

This specialisation enables students to incorporate some knowledge of agricultural science with their chosen major, providing them with additional skills for careers in natural resource management and related areas.

What you'll learn

  • Have demonstrated narrower knowledge and understanding in a further field of study that is typically at a level that, whilst supported by advanced textbooks, includes some aspects that will be informed by knowledge of the forefront of agricultural science, GC1
  • Can apply their narrower knowledge and understanding in a manner that indicates a professional approach to the field, and have competencies typically demonstrated through devising and sustaining arguments (to both specialist and non-specialist audiences) and solving problems within agricultural science, including using digital technologies, GC2, GC3
