The Science (Biology) Education major will prepare you to teach in the Biology subject area in Years 11 and 12, as well as across Science curriculum area from Years 7 to 12. 

Second specialisation stream

In addition to your major biology teaching area, you will choose a second specialisation stream from one of the following options:

• Minor teaching area – this will be a teaching area other than biology
• Broadening – additional content and curriculum units in biology
• Education specialty – additional education units and biology curriculum units
