The Science (Human Biology) Education major will prepare you to teach in the Human Biology subject area in Years 11 and 12, as well as across Science curriculum area from Years 7 to 12. 

Second specialisation stream

In addition to your major human biology teaching area, you will choose a second specialisation stream from one of the following options:

• Minor teaching area – this will be a teaching area other than human biology
• Broadening – additional content and curriculum units in human biology
• Education specialty – additional education units and human biology curriculum units
