With this course you will graduate with the relevant skills to work in a range of organisations including local, state, and federal government and internationally.

This course will teach you up-to-date knowledge on prevalent subjects, including the challenges and opportunities with Australia’s political system, global social movements and critical areas such as immigration, welfare, and criminal justice. 

 

You will build a peer and industry network from this course and can expect lively but respectful and interesting discussions with other students who are enthusiastic about social justice issues. In your third year you will gain real world experience within your capstone unit. You have a choice to undertake a justice professional placement, a professional placement in first nations justice sectors or work on a justice industry project. You can also choose to engage in real-world experience in an international context with the option to undertake a justice-related study tour overseas.
