Master of Early Childhood
Summary
A child’s early years are key to predicting their success in school and life. Their early learning experiences are critical determining factors for their emotional, social and intellectual development. When they’re exposed to high-quality early educational opportunities, their trajectory for success is greatly improved.
The Master of Early Childhood will enhance your professional and theoretical knowledge of factors that impact a child’s emotional, social and intellectual development. You’ll learn about current research and new developments in infant and toddler curriculum and pedagogy, child development, play, creative arts, language and literacy, STEM, and management and leadership in early childhood contexts. And you’ll engage critically in theoretical and policy debates relevant to those working with young children and their families.
